Some interesting discussions include:
- Paul Gilster of Centauri Dreams discusses whether or not humans should announce our presence to the rest of the Universe via active SETI (as well as the consequences of doing so).
- Brian Wang of Advanced NanoTechnology provides a fresh new look at solar power satellites in low orbit, which could be built a lot sooner than we think.
- Brian Dunbar of Space for Commerce (who works for LiftPort) wonders if space gold could be the key element to motivate the masses towards space.
- Jonathan Goff of Selenian Boondocks (who works at Masten Space) suggests that the next lunar landing vehicle should be equiped with ejection seats (as parachutes would be useless in space).
Those were some of the interesting articles that caught my eye during this round of the Carnival of Space.

You can either visit the stars or watch them from afar.
But if you choose the former, you'll definitely get a better view.
